Legal Notice & Terms of Service

By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or using any service offered by Ro Home Reset, including The Ro Edit, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Nature of Services

Ro Home Reset provides home styling, curation, sourcing recommendations, product research, trade-access opportunities, and related advisory services. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Ro Home Reset is not the manufacturer, retailer, shipper, carrier, installer, contractor, warehouse, freight provider, or delivery provider for merchandise recommended or sourced through its services.

Recommendations are provided based on professional judgment, available information, vendor specifications, and the preferences communicated by the client or member. Individual results, product availability, pricing, lead times, color, finish, scale, condition, quality, and suitability may vary.

The Ro Edit Subscription

The Ro Edit is a recurring monthly subscription service currently priced at $59 per month unless otherwise stated at checkout.

By subscribing, you authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis until the subscription is canceled.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing date to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not provide a refund or prorated credit for a billing period that has already begun, except where required by law.

Membership benefits, participating vendors, trade-access opportunities, curated content, discounts, and other features may change from time to time. Membership does not guarantee that any specific product, vendor, discount, inventory, service, or purchasing opportunity will remain available.

Trade Pricing & Vendor Purchases

Membership may provide access to select Ro Home Reset trade pricing or purchasing opportunities with participating vendors.

Trade pricing is not guaranteed on every product, brand, order, or vendor. Discounts, availability, minimum purchases, exclusions, shipping charges, taxes, fees, and vendor terms are determined by the applicable vendor and may change without notice.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Ro Home Reset does not guarantee that a trade price represents the lowest available market price.

Products sourced, recommended, or purchased through third-party vendors remain subject to the applicable vendor’s terms, policies, warranties, return requirements, cancellation policies, and restrictions.

Product Selection & Client Approval

Clients and members are responsible for reviewing and approving all product selections before purchase, including dimensions, quantities, materials, finishes, colors, specifications, pricing, lead times, shipping costs, installation requirements, and suitability for the intended space.

Ro Home Reset is not responsible for purchasing decisions made without independently verifying measurements, access requirements, fit, compatibility, or other site-specific conditions.

Digital images, photography, computer screens, renderings, samples, swatches, and vendor photographs may not precisely represent actual color, texture, scale, finish, or appearance.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Ro Home Reset does not operate as a product-return facility and does not accept merchandise returns at its offices, business address, residence, or any other location unless expressly agreed to in writing.

All merchandise returns, exchanges, order cancellations, warranties, credits, and refunds are subject to the applicable third-party vendor’s policies.

Custom, made-to-order, COM/COL, vintage, antique, altered, upholstered, clearance, final-sale, trade-only, discounted, or specially sourced merchandise may be non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable return and cancellation terms before approving a purchase.

Any return shipping charges, freight charges, packaging costs, insurance, restocking fees, cancellation charges, storage fees, or other costs associated with a return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer unless the applicable vendor expressly agrees otherwise.

Ro Home Reset may, at its discretion, provide reasonable administrative assistance related to a vendor issue but is not obligated to manage or complete a return, exchange, warranty claim, freight claim, or refund on behalf of a customer.

Shipping, Freight & Delivery

All shipping, freight, white-glove delivery, courier services, installation, receiving, storage, and transportation services are performed by independent third parties.

Ro Home Reset may recommend vendors, carriers, receivers, installers, movers, or delivery companies as a convenience. A recommendation does not constitute a warranty, guarantee, partnership, agency relationship, or endorsement of the third party’s performance.

Ro Home Reset does not control and is not responsible for carrier delays, vendor delays, manufacturing delays, customs delays, loss, theft, damage in transit, missed appointments, delivery errors, storage charges, demurrage, additional freight charges, installation damage, or other acts or omissions of third-party providers.

Estimated ship dates, lead times, arrival dates, and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing merchandise promptly upon receipt and complying with the applicable vendor or carrier’s inspection and claims procedures.

Third-Party Vendors & Services

Ro Home Reset is an independent business and is not an employee, agent, representative, partner, joint venturer, or guarantor of any manufacturer, retailer, vendor, carrier, installer, contractor, delivery provider, marketplace, or other third party unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Third-party websites, products, services, vendors, links, and recommendations are provided for convenience. Ro Home Reset does not control third-party operations and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, policies, representations, products, services, availability, or performance.

Product Quality, Defects & Warranties

Ro Home Reset does not manufacture the products it recommends or sources and makes no independent manufacturer warranty regarding merchandise.

Any product warranty is provided solely by the applicable manufacturer or vendor, if one exists.

Variations commonly associated with handmade, vintage, antique, natural, reclaimed, stone, wood, textile, leather, ceramic, glass, metal, or artisan products—including variations in grain, dye lot, color, texture, finish, patina, dimensions, distressing, veining, knots, cracking, oxidation, or other natural characteristics—may not constitute defects.

Vintage & One-of-a-Kind Merchandise

Vintage, antique, handmade, and one-of-a-kind items may show age, wear, patina, repairs, irregularities, imperfections, or variations consistent with their history and construction.

Such items are generally offered based on their condition at the time of purchase and may be final sale.

Customers should request additional photographs, dimensions, condition information, or other details before approving a purchase if those factors are material to the purchase decision.

Measurements, Installation & Site Conditions

Unless expressly included in a separate written agreement, Ro Home Reset is not responsible for architectural measurements, structural conditions, building codes, electrical work, plumbing, construction, engineering, permitting, installation, mounting, assembly, or contractor supervision.

Customers are responsible for confirming that merchandise can safely and physically fit through doors, hallways, stairways, elevators, gates, and other access points and that the intended location can accommodate the product.

Installation, hanging, mounting, electrical, plumbing, structural, or construction work should be performed by appropriately qualified professionals.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ro Home Reset shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of its services, membership, recommendations, third-party products, vendor transactions, shipping, delivery, installation, or other third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ro Home Reset’s aggregate liability arising from a particular service or transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid to Ro Home Reset for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ro Home Reset and its owner, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these terms, inaccurate information supplied by you, unauthorized use of recommendations or materials, or disputes involving third-party vendors or providers, except to the extent caused by conduct for which liability cannot legally be waived.

Intellectual Property

All original Ro Home Reset content, including curated edits, written recommendations, sourcing lists, presentations, styling concepts, guides, imagery, graphics, and other materials created by Ro Home Reset remain the intellectual property of Ro Home Reset unless otherwise stated.

Membership content is provided for the subscriber’s personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, published, shared commercially, or used to create competing products or services without prior written permission.

Availability & Changes

Ro Home Reset reserves the right to modify, replace, discontinue, or update membership features, vendor relationships, curated offerings, policies, pricing, or services at any time, subject to applicable law.

Material changes affecting recurring subscription pricing will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing, submitting payment, approving a purchase, or using Ro Home Reset services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these terms, together with any additional policies or vendor terms applicable to your transaction.
