Shipping policy

All product shipping and delivery is provided by independent third-party vendors, carriers, or delivery services.

Ro Home Reset does not directly ship, transport, warehouse, or deliver merchandise. Shipping costs, delivery timing, tracking, handling fees, white-glove service, and related terms are determined by the applicable vendor or delivery provider.

For curated product purchases, Ro Home Reset may recommend third-party shipping or delivery providers when helpful, but the customer is responsible for selecting and approving any third-party service and for all associated charges.

Delivery dates and lead times are estimates only and may change due to vendor availability, carrier delays, weather, freight schedules, customs, or other circumstances outside of Ro Home Reset’s control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for being available to receive, inspect, and accept merchandise in accordance with the carrier or vendor’s requirements.

Any shipping damage, loss, missed delivery, storage fee, redelivery fee, or freight claim is subject to the policies of the applicable vendor, carrier, or delivery provider. Ro Home Reset may assist with order information or communication when reasonably possible but does not guarantee or assume responsibility for third-party shipping or delivery services.
