Refund policy

The Ro Edit is a subscription service. Membership fees are non-refundable once billed, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.

Products purchased using Ro Home Reset trade access are sold and fulfilled by independent third-party vendors and are subject to that vendor’s individual return, exchange, cancellation, shipping, and restocking policies.

Ro Home Reset does not accept, process, store, or receive product returns. Members are responsible for reviewing the applicable vendor’s policies before approving a purchase and for any return shipping, restocking fees, cancellation fees, or other costs associated with a return or exchange.

Where a vendor permits returns, Ro Home Reset may provide reasonable assistance with locating order information or vendor contact details, but the member is responsible for coordinating the return directly with the vendor whenever permitted.

Custom, made-to-order, vintage, final-sale, clearance, and certain trade-priced items are final sale.

By approving a purchase through Ro Home Reset trade access, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable vendor’s terms and return policies.
